Kingsway Spray Finish
We sprayed all the trim on this expansive 4,000 sq.ft technical Kingsway renovation painting. Coffered ceilings, crown molding, paneled walls, and wainscoting throughout. Using an Airless sprayer on the ceiling and all the trim, we meticulously protecting the brand new hardwood floors and windows. The finish was amazing and the client was very happy with the result.

Lawrence Park Re-Paint/Re-Finish
This 4,000 sq.ft custom full paint involved painting multi-layered crown molding, 3 brand new washrooms, new mstr. bedroom, staircase (decorative hand rails), and re-finishing an old varnished library to paint. The results were exceptional converting the old to knew look.

High Park Custom Re-fit
6,800 Sq. Ft., 21 color re-fit project in High Park. The home was originally built in 1925. %80 of the house was renovated while the remainder was part of the existing structure. The work was voluminous and included spraying textured ceilings, old radiators, all of the 1st floor trim, hand rolling and painting a 40 ft. dividing brick wall black, and 2 bright orange accent walls.
A completely rennovated and re-finished 3 bedroom bsmt. apartment.

Cabinet Spraying
This 80's dated kitchen in Forest Hill needed an upgrade to its old wood cabinets, tethered walls, and aging ceiling. With the help of a semi gloss Chantilly Lace color and a trusty paint sprayer the howmeowner couldn't have been happier with the results!

This beautiful Vintage Cars themed Baby's Room started with a ladder and One Brush! The project included patching and filling the nail holes on fresh poplar crown, painting the ceiling Epiphany blue, and the walls snow white. Exceptional attention to detail and the highest quality paint made this room a calm place for a new born.

A beautiful 3 storey mansion in Rosedale owned by an internationally known interior designer. Her accolades include interior design work for Mick Jagger! This was a very special project requiring detailed touch ups on a variety of unique surfaces. One Brush Painting was very proud of the work on this home.

Yorkville Condo
With the help of our newly conscripted 20 year painting veteran One Brush recently completed a 1,700 sq. ft. condo in Yorkville that included finishing all walls, ceilings, doors, trim, baseboards, crown molding, and even the front door! This was a time sensitive project that took maximum pride, organization, and resilience to complete on time and on spec.
